NEWRuns on your machine

Let your agents design for you.

Crossfade plugs your coding agent straight into your open Figma file. Ask for a screen and watch it land on the canvas, all on your own machine.

    Why Crossfade

Your agent can already write the code. Crossfade hands it the canvas too. It reads what you've selected, builds with real layers, checks its own screenshot, and leaves you a file you can keep working in.

    Benefits

    Everything stays on your desk

    Private by default

The bridge only listens on localhost and asks for a private token.

    Watch it happen

Edits land live in the file you have open, as real layers.

    One undo away

Every run is one undo step. A run that fails undoes itself.

    Just say "this"

Select a layer and talk about it. No links to paste.

    Features

Built for agents that do real work

    Runs on your machine

Your agent talks to the plugin over localhost, so there's no Crossfade account and no server of ours in the middle. It can check its own work as often as it needs.

    Every agent, one file

Add another agent while the first is working. Orange means it's sending edits to your file. Green means it's reading from it.

    The whole Plugin API

If a Figma plugin can do it, your agent can: components, variables, auto layout, exports. Seven tools cover reading, building, checking and saving.

    Tools your agent gets
    Dev handoff

    Dev handoff made easy

Your agent has the file and your repo open together. It reads the real layers, writes the code with your components, and leaves the notes on the layers. Pick a layer to see what comes out.

    Your components

It writes with what's already in your repo, instead of inventing new ones.

    Tokens by name

Colours and sizes come through as your variables, not loose hex values.

    Notes in the file

States and edge cases land as annotations, right on the layer.

    How it works

Set up by your agent, in one paste

    1

    Open Crossfade

Run the plugin in the Figma desktop app. It sits in a small window beside your canvas.

    2

    Paste the prompt

Pick your agent, copy the setup prompt and paste it in. The agent installs the bridge itself.

    3

    Ask for anything

The plugin turns green when they meet. Select a layer and say what you want.
